XBOX1 Female Character Heist Team California Time Zone

Hey Guys! I'm looking to setup a pretty organized team to get that 10 million dollar challenge I live in Cali and I'm on almost everyday past 5 pm pacific time zone. I want to do an all female crew (kinda like Charlies Angels?) I'm looking for

• Female characters (don't care what you actually are)
• Players with mics (so we can get that 10 mil)
• Players with relative experience w/ the game (you don't have to be a super high lvl just be able to help out the team when needed)
• Fun to work and talk to (As long as you're not 4 it should be easy lol)

Moderate lvl of commitment to the heists (open to the potential of going for Criminal Mastermind challenge if we feel we work well together)
