With the new Karin Kuruma coming tomorrow, the king of rallying is arriving, the new Subaru WRX.

Post your rally inspired cars.

Not to burst your bubble, its Kuruma not "Karuma".

Sidenote, Evos are better than STI's.

Here we go again. The Sultan's an Evo, not an Impreza.

EDIT: I meant Kuruma, I'm an idiot.

You didn't even read my post. Where did I say the Sultan was an Impreza?

Ps- the Sultan is actually a Lexus.

Pps- the Impreza is no longer the WRX line.

Ppps- to the poster who said Mitsubishi Evo is better than WRX, that's funny. Too funny.

I don't know about a Subaru being the "king of rally". Several other vehicles stand a better chance at holding that title. For instance the Ford Cosworth and Escort, the original Mini Cooper S, the Lancia 037, Stratos, and Integrale, the Audi Sport Quattro, the Alpine-Renault A110 1600, the Volvo PV444/544, the Citreon C4 and Xsara, and the Peugeot 205. The Subaru and Mitsubishi's get an honorable mention at best.

"King of rallying" lol.

Sorry, JMO. New gen WRX is a perfect balanced rally king in my book.

I'm glad you choice to show your ignorance. The Peugeot 205 has 16 WRC victories all between 1984-1986.

Yep, because they pull Subaru's right off the factory floor and onto the track without making any modifications what so ever. You got me.

Subaru tends to be a more common choice and more common winner than anything else in amateur level rallying all the way up through group N. In my experience it's the better choice for a rally car platform because it's a better behaved chassis than the Evo, although the Evo is usually faster out of the box it likes to wheel hop and it's very difficult to dial out with stock geometry. Subaru's inherent understeer is pretty easy to fix in comparison.

The Peugeot is a group B car and not comparable to the Impreza WRC, no iteration of which ever competed in Group B. Stupid comparison. The Xsara, which did compete against the Impreza, won primarily because of Sébastien Loeb.

It's actually an evo/subie mix, no cars are single bred in GTA.

And your very good with following your own thread. I already responded to you. And since you know so much about that you are able to call me a kid, how about you tell me what my favorite color is, what town I live in, or anything else. Oh, that's right, you know nothing about me. And instead of admitting you might be wrong, you turn to personal insults. Great sign of maturity. Good job.

The only thing the new car has in common with a Subaru is the retarded spoiler and the hood vent. Everything else, including but not limited to, the headlights, the body line of the rear quarter panel, the shape of the A, B, and C pillars, the slight flare over the fender arches, are all closer to that of the Evo.

Ok, so it's 2% Impreza and 98% Evo.

For the second time, Impreza is no longer WRX!!! It is 0% Impreza! The only Evo I see is the overall boxiness look, everything is Subie IMO.
