As heist leader, how much % of the final cut will you give to others?

i will split it equal for all taking in account that if im the heist leader, im also recouping my inital investment, because im doing them with friends and crew members

Out of all my buddies I play with, I have the most money, $30 million and some change.

 

My buddies funds range from $200K to $2 million, so I feel it's only fair to give them a bit more of the cut than giving it to myself. I want to build them up so they can afford the things I have, so playing together will be more fun when everyone has the same toys.

 

However, once they start to buy their toys and feel financially secure, I'll take more of the cut since i'll be the one always fronting all the cost.

I wont be doing 25% realistically. I mean they can make up to 100k on prep missions and then there is my overhead cost. 15% for everyone else should cover that. But i may uave a friend or 2 doing it for the experience as they have ill gotten cash upwards of 500 million so they already agreed to 0% with randoms if u f*ck up prep missions or dont have a mic ur prolly looking at <5%

I'm pretty sure you pick the cuts before you do the heists, so your team can see. If someone completes a 2 hour heists and leaves with 0% pay they probably won't bother doing any more.

itll always be 15%-20% for a few reasons:

 

-Heist leader spends 10% of the score to set it up

-Heist crew gets paid extra for each mission

-Heist leader risks losing money, Heist crew only risks wasting time

I'm almost certain there will be a minimum and maximum, they aren't going to let you take 100% and leave o% like a c*nt, rockstar isn't that stupid

Do you guys really think it'll be the END of the heist where you decide the cut? Just like in story mode you're going to know the cut before you start, and all of you 0% ass-butts will be playing alone.
