As heist leader, how much % of the final cut will you give to others?

I'm rank 350 and I've helped others out but it's time for me to be an ass now.

I'll only be keeping enough to cover the initial investment and other running costs. Not going to be playing them for the money anyway, plus I'd rather surround myself with team members who want to be there.

Same here. I got the most money in my crew by far, so I'll only want my investment back. I already told my mates they can give me 0% if I'm not the leader. I really don't care.

 

But, I might give all the percentages required for the awards/challenges once.

I'm only ever going to give somebody 0% just so I can get the achievement, and even then, it will be with my friends (who are willing).

 

But normally, I will keep it at a fair amount. If I play with somebody who needs the money, I'll of course not be stingy. I AM sitting on $40,000,000, so yeah. :p

Who isn't going to keep 100% for themselves, it's obvious and R* knew it, they are trying to divide the community, and to regain their interests, my thinking is that they have at least one more popular sequal planned for this year or next year.

I'll be splitting it up evenly, and probably do a few where i let the crew take all the loot. I personally don't need anymore money in this game.

Ok, so your obviously a glitcher, there is probably around 10 million worth of purchasable items, yet you don't need any money, seems legit.

I'll split the cash evenly with my friends.

 

In public lobbies (if I bother to do heists with randoms) I'll give more money to lower ranks if I see they're trying. High ranks wont get much at all. Speaking on behalf of high ranks, we have enough cash. Rank 247, sitting on 59.3M.

1. So for heists that are about completing them as a team your going to give the others 0%, thats polite

 

2. to the guy whos level 350 Who gives a damn what rank you are, you either exploited or have no life, pick one they're both shameful. I'm assuming that if you exploited for your level you also did that for cash so have plenty anyway yet still going to give 0%. You're a Dick

 

3. I guess I'm lucky I have friends and a decent crew

 

p.s I can understand 7nvds reason he just wants to give cash to friends and doing 0% to get the achievement as a crew taking it in turns fairplay

How does that work, I heard they will show how much % is each before the final heist? If someone gives me 0% I will accept it and screw it up each time.

 

Split it evenly, but I will need the bigger cut to get my upfront costs back.

Depends on when they show the %, which will likely be before the Final Heist so if you did it to me, I would leave, Heist would probably Fail and you would need to start it again with New Crew Members (only the Final Heist but still).
