I want to play free-aim but I'm afraid that the people on the team will want to play auto-aim so idk.

 

Question, do more people play with the Default "Assisted Aim - Partial" or switch to free-aim? I want to be able to get into lobbys with more people.

I been playing Free Aim since a month after GTA online launched. Auto Aim made the game boring to me. When it comes to heists my friends who prefer Auto Aim will hate me for it. I'll probably end up carrying my team :p

 

 

On the flipside, I'm always looking for other fellow Free Aimers. If you play PS4 and like to do missions daily hit me up! My heist team is ready but I do have friends who will be short handed. Thanks!

Nah, I'll be using the Aim Assist setting. If the NPCs can lock onto and shoot us while missing little to none of their shots, then I'd say it is fair for us to have some sort of aim assist, especially since they outnumber us 20 to 1 most of the time.

Curious to see how many of you will be making Heists with free aim as opposed to auto aim. Its hard enough to find a good team and being a free aim player makes it even harder. I'm not looking foward to playing Heists with randoms

I'm all for you wanting to do things different, as a Free Aim aficionado myself. But the fact of the matter is that 80% of GTAO players...play in AA. Then there's also the fact that in the heists we'll be facing the toughest AI the game can through at us. And cops already have robocop accuracy at 3 stars to begin with. I'd like to actually BEAT the heists...that's not happening in FA.

 

This is one of those situations where you've gotta do as the Romans do, friend. Maybe down the road, when we all know the ins and outs of the heists and how to clear them efficiently I'll be up for a FA run. But going into it, AA until I learn how to beat them all thoroughly. There's a difference between being challenged and being handicapped. FA in heists against high level AI that can headshot you on a dime, around a corner isn't fun...no matter how any elitist may try to justify it.

I'll be playing in Free aim.

 

I don't know why people are so scared of free aim. It's actually pretty easy tbh. Do some rampages against the cops with the invincibility cheat on and you'll be a pro in no time.

Doing it on free aim, on hard mode, AND getting that 10 mill bonus with my crew. It's not about the millions for us, we are already millionares. It's about the satisfaction of beating the toughest challenge the game can throw at us. MLG-TRY-HARD-MODE ACTIVATE.

I can't relax when I play Free Aim. Plus I suck ass at it. I'm probably going to be exploring whilst doing the Heists tomorrow, and just having a laugh. Always preferred Auto Aim personally. Especially with how ridiculous some of the NPC's are.
