one question though when i upload this to gtaemblem.com will it have an invisible background so it just shows the patch

In most cases, the user wants a clean, crisp emblem image with a transparent background as to look better in-game. This can easily be achieved using a photo editing software such as Gimp or Photoshop. Please note, in order to get a transparent background, you must submit a PNG image with one. GTAEmblem does not make edits to your image and will not add or remove your background.

They have a transparent background. All my emblem´s have, it should be obvious because You can see the GTAF blue on the empty space.
