Xbox One - anyone help me win a rally race?

I'm trying to win a rally race to unlock the metal paint jobs, however I'm not even sure how to set one up much less win one.

 

Anybody willing to help me out here?

I tried to boost this on 360 forever, good luck coordinating

 

My advice would be learn a track inside and out with a specific vehicle. Join a populated auto aim lobby, then play a few jobs, missions, death matches or whatever. Then host the race, 1 lap and spam every invite option there is, on call players make this a bit easier. Make sure you set preferred role to driver, preferred partner to whichever player doesnt appear to be new and launch the race before anyone can quit

 

and dont use criminal records, nobody will join
