I added lots of armor to it and upgraded all the stats. I was thinking about upgrading a van, but there's a new more customizable van coming with heists so I'll wait till then. Â I hope that the heist DLC will finally allow us to upgrade and add bulletproof windows to our vehicles. I see no reason why cars can't have bullet proof windows at this point, they already have cars with absolutely no rear windows, and if someone really needed to kill you, they can always blow you up. Commander S Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 (edited) Got this as my go-to 'getaway car' back on Xbox 360, so it'd be remiss of me to let it gather dust now (...because it's a bloody nice car!): Â Fast, great AWD responsiveness (on any terrain), fully-upgraded, and with just enough visibility with the rear windows for all four people to open fire if needed (unlike, say, a closed-cab truck or van).For character 2, I'm getting a Kuruma (regular) to fill the same role - looking forward to kitting it out with all the requisite bells and whistles... I have heists downloaded and most of the mentioned vehicles in the update aren't even showing up so I think they might unlock as you progress? I don't think all of the vehicles in the update are available immediately, like the kuruma. I have heists downloaded and most of the mentioned vehicles in the update aren't even showing up so I think they might unlock as you progress? Yep. Â Granger seems good in concept, I've had one for more than a year. However, it's only really good for cosmetic use. It's quite impractical really, the players hanging off looks real cool but you'll have a nightmare getting everyone out alive as the pros of having your LMGs on the sides is massively outweighed by being incredibly exposed and prone to getting closelined by walls/road signs. I have a couple trucks, a motorcycle, and a couple 4 door cars ready to go. all maxed out. and of course I have supers if its really needed. as someone previously stated, I don't see one vehicle serving in every situation of these heists. Â On a separate note, to the person who said about bulletproof glass. I agree with your stance on that, but, if the glass is bullet proof then the driver, or passengers, shouldn't be able to shoot out of the cars windows. so I guess its a pro and con to having bulletproof windows, Â and I apologize for not quoting each statement to make it easier for people to see what I'm exactly referencing in my statements. my computer, for some reason, doesn't allow me to quote anything this forum.
