PS4 GTAO keeps cutting out and going to story prologue . . .

Does anyone know why this happens and if it can be fixed? My PS4 works fine but a mate just started playing again and transferred his character over from PS3 but after a few minutes online he keeps getting kicked of GTAO and having to play the story prologue - any help would be great!

He can try creating another save file, (try both auto-save and manual save) or re-install the game. If they don't work, then you're going to have to contact Rockstar SUpport.
