I'm at 90.46% and I have friends' activities left to do, but Packie doesn't want to pick up phone and he said that he doesn't know me. His likes is at 24%. How can I make him friend again? I remember getting Brucie down to 45% like and whenever I called he would start complaining saying stuff like 'Oh do I know you? I'm still annoyed with you Niko. Call me another time and we'll hang."
