i hopeing someone would be willing to help me with an MC stile emblem for gta 5 online.

if you would be so kind and willing to help just respond

im looking for the main body to be my profile pic with tho only add on being the skull wearing a classic U.S. Calvary hat.

the rockers black on white in saloon lettering the top rocker saying ROUGH RIDERS and the bottom saying LOS SANTOS

love the look but is there anyway i could get flames in the eyes of the skull and have the lightning a little bit more visible also?

and how do i upload it to the image creator? anyone know a way that is un-pached?
