Patching and Title Updates in General

When Rockstar released the 1.06 patch for XBOX One and PlayStation 4, does that patch include all previous modifications/enhancements to the game from past title updates? I'm asking because I have not seen a Hakuchou yet and updated yesterday. I'm on XBOX One, of course, and the Hakuchou doesn't even show up SSASA's website. There are some additional vehicles on other websites that I haven't seen before, but now I'm assuming that the Hakuchou is only on GTA: Online, correct?

If the title updates don't work like stated above, how would I go about applying each previous update?

Yes, you can only buy it online in GTA:Online. If you go to a protagonist's 4-car garage, it should be available under the special menu.

And yes, when you update the game it'll automatically include all the past updates - you can't have just the latest one (unless you manually delete them).

I only have the given RH8 (signed up for social club today) in my garage.

And also: I assume Rockstar didn't implement a feature where places you land at an airstrip and park in the hangar are saved. That sucks.

If you played GTA V on X360/PS3 you are titled as returning player and given many rewards by R*

I did not play Grand Theft Auto V on XBOX 360 (I was busy enough with IV). Is the Hakuchou one of the rewards given to returning players (XBOX 360 to XBOX One or PlayStation 3 to 4)?

My bad for suggesting to look in your special menu - didn't properly register that you were on Xbox One :p

The Hakuchou was part of an update before the Xbox One and PS4 released; all vehicles introduced in updates like this are part of the base game for Xbox One and PS4. So it should be in the non-updated version of your game.

Your best bet is to either go to GTA:Online and Southernsanandreassuperautos.com, or drive around Vespucci beach/Floyd's apartment, possibly on a motorbike, to try an get it to spawn.

Okay, then. Thanks for the information and suggestions. I couldn't believe I had an LSPD Buffalo in Franklin's garage that I had forgotten about, but it baffles me that I haven't seen a Hakuchou anywhere in the game (even when riding a motorcycle). Do you have any suggestions for getting a Police Buffalo and unmarked cruiser as both Michael and Trevor? The only way I know to get an unmarked cruiser at all is to steal one when doing one of Smoke on the Water's delivery missions as Franklin, then transferring it to either Michael or Trevor by driving both Franklin and Michael/Trevor near each other, having one encounter the other, then taking the unmarked cruiser to one of Michael's/Trevor's garages. From now on, I will be explaining for a single player story mode (since I never get on XBOX LIVE anymore due to zero internet access).

For the LSPD buffalo, when driving as Michael with either a two or three-star wanted level (I can't recall which) near the LSPD auto impound, LSPD Buffalos spawned everywhere. Literally, they were appearing left and right, front and behind (in pursuit). Which brings me to another question: does the car being driven, character, and car's tuning setup modify/change the the cars that will spawn near the player? I believe it does, but I could be wrong.

Damn, that's a long post.

Yes, the car you're driving influences the vehicles that spawn quite a bit.

As for getting a police buffalo and unmarked cruiser, I couldn't say, sorry.
