Equally, no matter what. Even if they're terrible. Even if they're amazing. I'm all about equality, and should no-one be underpaid or overpaid for their work.

Heists are done in teams and a team should be paid the same and treat the same.

Personally, I have to pay to start up the heist, and my crew gets paid from setup missions and I don't (atleast that's what i've heard), so a 40/20/20/20 split seems fair if the setup missions pay well

Tonight I'll be playing heists on ps3. I'll give my untransfered friends all the coins. I need to unlock everything on ps3 to see what if anything is worth buying on ps4.

Worst performing player gets 15%, rest get 25%, i get 35%

 

If all players do good, we all get 25%.

 

If all players do bad, i get 50%, the rest get 12.5%.

 

And so on, so on.

You fail as much as everyone else during a heist and your cut is 50% ? Greedy much?

I plan on giving my friend my shares for the first few heist. I'm rich already so he needs it more.

Split it evenly,who cares about the 10% start up fee,I can make that playing potshots a few times.
