How will you distribute heist payout?

I'll be giving everyone 25% each, that is if everything goes as planned and we pull it off with no error.

 

If however someone messes up an nearly f*cks up the whole thing they will lose 9%, the amount they lose will of course be distributed evenly between the rest of the group ie and extra 3% for everyone else.

First time with my crew, evenly, next time with lower level friends If I am the leader I'll give them if possible a better payout since I don't really need the money, but If they screw up many times the cut will be less.

When I'll host everyone will get 25% because experiencing heists & making sure everyone will be satisfied is more important to me than making money from heists. I can easily make money from contact missions. I don't need heists for that.

Agreed. I havent played in over a month patiently awaiting some fresh content. Ive already mAde my money and judging from the initial reviews it seems the payout fpr heists probly wont exceed the 100k ish per hour theyve already established.

I do wonder how it will work exactly. Like if you're able to give one single member of your crew a bigger cut than the others, including yourself. In general a fair 25% for all seems the way to go but if one of the members is short on cash it would be cool to give them a bit extra.

A question: If I and 3 others start a heist where the money for the gear is to be payed up front, and keep in mind that we're all in the level 80 to 120 range, but we're broke, does that mean that we can't play the heists?

Also, while I'm planning on doing a 25% split as a leader with friends, everyone calling that "fair" confuses me. We all know that the leader is going to subtract 10% from that 25. Not sure how 15, 25, 25, 25 really = fair. Being a good leader, absolutely, but fair is stretching. Add on the fact that support gets paid for set up completion and the leader gets a massive gain of $0...I think people with less than $50M might be changing their tune after leading a couple of heists.

 

TeammateAssist has a good breakdown (34 22 22 22.

31(21 take) 23 23 23 might also work for slightly more charitable types.

People seem to not be realizing that

 

For the 540k heist that

 

1. The leader goes negative 54k plus

2. The crew minus the leader make 20k each set up job while the crew leader makes nothing.

 

So if the crew leader makes 54k plus 100k then you have 400k to split and everyone makes the same
