How will you distribute heist payout?

I don't care about money, so i'll do the 25% split mostly, maybe give myself 30 at tops.

Or if I somehow end up with a bunch of squeakers, i'll give them all 0. Any squeaker doing heists with me will get treated badly, even if he does a good job on the prep, the little fgt will still get 0

When I first heard the news that the heist leader decides each player's cut, I didn't really care about making a profit from heists and thought about going 16/28/28/28, but I'll probably divide it as 40/20/20/20 or 35/25/20/20 instead. I'll do the former if everyone performs relatively equal, and the latter if someone on the team did exceptionally good enough to receive that 5% bonus.

Of course, I'll probably change my mind yet again on this and decide that everyone should get an equal share of 25%, but the problem with that is that the heist leader invests their own money towards the heist, and then there's everyone but the heist leader being paid $12,000 per set-up mission... so the leader really does deserve the higher percentage cut if every person is going to be paid equally in the end.

id say it depends on whos doing what on the heist, and how they actually perform. if i do a heist with one of those lazy c*nts that just likes to sit there on missions waiting for everyone else to do all the work, they will get absolutely nothing, or the bare minimum. the reason i say bare minimum is because rockstar probably has it set up so that participants must get something from the heist...

 

IMO, getaway drivers/pilots and hackers should get paid the most, as their jobs are the most crucial. general muscle are also necessary, but anyone can do that job; it takes a quick eye and sharp mind to hack quickly, and good reflexes and knowledge of GTA driving physics to be a good driver.

 

maybe im just biased because im a pro hacker on GTA missions and a good driver

 

 

EDIT: never addressed how my payouts will work...if im doing it with my crew or friends, we all get 25% regardless, with randoms, ill give myself 70% and the rest get 10% each

Crew members and friends will get a 25% cut, with an achievement for that as a bonus. Depending on how we unlock the ASSHOLE t-shirt, I may hire three suckers and pay them zero dollars and zero cents.

Probably 40-20-20-20 or a Four Way 25-25-25-25 depending on how the entire system actually works...

 

If the built in Challenges let you increase your take significantly, most likely 25-25-25-25 all the time.

I plan on doing heists with only my crew members, so maybe one of the poorer guys might get a bigger cut, which im OK with. Since its with crew, I think i'll still get a healthy amount.

 

I mean, they mgiht be 2 hours long, so I wanna get something decent out of it.

Ill probably be doing them with crew members so splitting the money will not be an issue. I will put up the starting money and profit will be split equally between my team. I will not be in it for the money. I am just looking forward to new content and challenges.

You probably wont be able to give someone 0%.

Pretty sure it was confirmed that you can give people the square root of jack sh*t. There was even a thread dedicated to it.

Depends. If i paid a high upfront cost as leader im taking a bigger cut. If you dont have a mic on the off chance i do it with randys u getting sh*t for a cut <5%

Whatever it takes so everyone makes the same profit in the end, so I (The Leader) get some extra since I'll have to pay all up-front costs and since I don't make money from the prep missions.
