Mike0 Posted March 8, 2015 Share Posted March 8, 2015 (edited) I would like to model a whole new city in GTA SA. What is the fastest way to do it ? Can it be done without 3dsmax and all that ? LIke some kind of GTA SA moddeling tool ? Or better a tool which already has elements from GTA SA in it (simmilar to tools found in MTA SA (multiplayer mod) ) ?
