You can even select them to be added on your navigation system as a destination. You can shoot the signs or beat them with a mele weapon. ^^ This. Avery will send you an email with a link to the map, once you accept the mission. Just make sure you do them in some kind of methodical order from the map as they don't disappear as you do them and you'll forget which you've done.
