If you could lease space in any building...

I was thinking about the speculation going around for a 4th property, and it got me thinking...

Yes or no to making office spaces avalible in some of the buildings.

And, if so which would you like to see be made avaliable?

The lease could include, say, 1-6 parking garage spaces, depending on the building, and opposed to a flat fee they could charge a substantially smaller rental fee, kinda like the utility and mechanic payments. Maybe they could offer rooftop access and Pegasus service to buildings with helipads when leasing a penthouse.

I'd rent one, not sure where though.
