Have you read the numerous recent articles about Heists, all of which R* linked to on the Newswire?

 

If so, you'd know

You are forced to do the heists in order the first go around.

 

You cant do the Humane lab Heist first.

 

I think it is best for everyone to go read/watch the Heist previews before asking these questions. They answer mkst of them.

NG consoles weren't even released when Heists were supposed to be nearly-ready, so yeah, I'd say so.

 

If there were differences between CG and NG R* would have said so by now, to manage expectations (probably via those 3rd party articles).

It does suck that your ability to obtain it is dependent on others though. If you're forced to do heists with randoms... well... good luck ever getting a hydra.
