Free mode will be full of squeakers begging high levels to invite them to heists.

 

They'll be the ones I do heists with, and don't pay them anything. Even those who won't botch a heist.

No actually I think FR will see an increase of people using all the beefed up hardware to keep from being easy prey...it will become full of Lazers, Insurgents, armored cars, savages, and hydras....basically free roam will become Syria...

I don't think you'll have to worry about that. There will always be people who don't like to do anything but f*cking around all day in free mode for some reason.
