Map For My Upcoming Concept

Some of you may know that I am currently planning a concept called Danger Zone. I've been working on it since December 2014, but due to slow progress, I've hardly got much done (only the intro/overview, radio stations and some gameplay mechanics have been completed). And that last thing I want is an unfinished concept.

 

Therefore, could somebody please make me a map for it's setting? Here's the details: The city is called New Hamilton City, and isn't based on any particular city. It has little to no rural areas (only a few parks in the residential neighborhoods). It is very large, but it is one big city and not split up into boroughs. The map doesn't need any icons, but it needs lots of roads. There obviously needs to be an airport (it's in the western part of the city). And there is a port/docks in the southern end).

 

You can take your time, as I don't expect Danger Zone be posted up until summer. However, I'm looking for someone who can do it for free. You will be credited on the thread, and put in my respect list.

Here's an outline of what the map will look like. The rough edges will go away eventually in some places as roads are made. I haven't placed the docks yet, so that's why there's a dip of sorts in the southern area. The airport isn't there yet either. I have an idea of where the neighborhoods should be, but I want your input on what neighborhoods you want and a brief description.

The actual image is bigger, but I snagged this pic since I didn't want to save it in PNG yet. Paint.net makes you "flatten" it (merge all layers) to save it in an image format.

Thanks a lot ssb! Can't wait to see the completed map. I have a few ideas for neighborhood names, but not too many. As far as districts are concerned I have planned to have:

 

North Hamilton - Commercial/Financial

South Hamilton - Industrial

West Hamilton - Residential

East Hamilton - Whatever district type is left lol

 

Concerning neighborhoods, I only have a few set in stone. Mainly in West Hamilton:

Harwood - West Hamilton - Largest neighborhood in the city and the first neighborhood the player explores.

Richmond Heights - West Hamilton - Kinda similar to Hepburn Heights from III/LCS

Satellite - South Hamilton - Despite being located in the heart of the run-down industrial district, it has quite a large residential population.

Westwood - North Hamiltion - The Times Square of New Hamilton City

 

I'll hit you up with more details/neighborhoods on chat when I think them up.
