Anyone else experience blurred vision? please

Does anyone else get this? Sometimes if not all the time I play gta 5 online I get blured vision and its extremely hard and frustrating. It never did it before or i just ignored it but in a chopper I cant for the life of me focus on the environment or surroundings as when it moves the camera angles and motion blur make it impossible. Please let me know
