The guy in the video says if he can get online, he'll post vehicles. But it told him that the vehicles were added to his single-player properties. If he wanted to upload proof, he'd have gone there and showed people the vehicles.

 

This isn't legit.

This...The only way i will believe this is when they show actual video of everything else not just the notfication.

So you're saying you not only found 3 other people who have the download early, managed to find a way past the GTA:O block on the content, and have played the heists before they're even active to be downloaded from R* cloud?
