Restarting with a clean slate (PS4)

Okay, so I've been looking to wipe the statistics clean on Social Club and start a fresh new character. I transferred my old character from 360 across in order to get the exclusives and have since deleted him and made a new character. Now, it must be intended for the social club to display stats as a total across all characters made by player however the stats belonging to the deleted, 360 created, character have remained which is driving me insane. I tried un-linking and re-linking my PSN account, I tried creating a whole new social club account. I even phoned up Rockstar and we agreed to terminate all social club accounts and start a fresh (I was told I'd keep the exclusives) - I had to wait around 24 hours for them to perform the deletion and after deleting all GTA5 content from my PS4, I thought that'd be it.

 

I play through the prologue and lo and behold, it's exactly the same state. What I did notice is that I didn't delete the Online Stored Data from the console, which may have been what I missed. However I don't wish to wait another 24 hours for them to delete the social club account and for it to 'maybe' work. The main problem seems to be the Social Club and PSN ID seem to be linked automatically (it may be due to them being on the same email address) and I can't seem to fully tether them. I've already had them close 3 social club accounts now with the 2 mentioned above plus my old one from the 360 days. I don't understand why we can't delete them ourselves...

 

Somebody help a brother out?

Each character have their own stats, So once you start playing online the stats for your old character will be replaced by your new one.
