The Sullinator
Platform: PS4 Straight Edge Syndicate (San Andreas Enviromental Sanitation) Background: SES Industries is an organized crime crew that focuses on two things: Roleplaying, and Heists/TDMs/Missions. SES stands for Straight Edge Syndicate. It also has a double meaning, and stands for San Andreas Environment Sanitation. Our roleplay theme is that we front as a sanitation company in order to cover for our underground illegal activity. SES is different than most other crews, because it allows you to be anything you want to be. Our main goal is to offer an alternative to the structure and seriousness of other crews. We offer the same fun and experience, but without the strict rules. Rules: 1. Real Life comes first. 2. To be an Exec, you must be committed. 3. Follow the hierarchy. 4. Represent the organization in a good light. 5. Don't attack anyone aligned with the organization unless authorized. 7. Do not disrupt missions or heists! 8. Respect your other crew members. 9. No hacking or glitching for anything other than cosmetic reasons. 10. Enjoy yourself! First of all the biggest rule of them all is that real life comes first. In the end this is just a video game, if you're busy with real life, exec or not then just let us know ahead of time. We don't kick for inactivity, but we do demote if you go off the radar and don't give us a heads up. Second, the way our structure works is that we have six executives that lead the organization. To be one of these Execs you must be active in the crew, and must have SES as your primary crew. If you can't do this that's fine, you'll just be a lower position in the crew. Next, follow the hierarchy. Like any other crime syndicate crew there's a chain of command, and it needs to be followed. Orders should be orders, again though this is all just for fun. Represent SES Industries in a good light please. If you give our organization a bad name, we're going to have to remove you it's simple as that. Act mature. Don't attack anyone who is allied with us. We're going to have a lot of connections with other clubs and organizations. Attacking any of them could ruin those relationships we have with them. So try to be careful with who you attack. If it's an accident most of them would understand, and if they don't then we don't want to partner with them in any future business anyway, but if they do it's okay. But just be careful with who you're attacking sometimes. This crew is 50% focused on roleplaying. The other 50% is focused entirely towards Heists, Missions, and Team Deathmatches. We will very often be doing missions and heists to gain income. If anyone continuously is reported to be disrupting these events then they will be warned. If they are again reported to be doing it then they will be removed from the club and wished the best in their future endeavors. Disruptive behavior can be defined as intentionally failing the mission, killing other players. Respect your other crew members! Do not kill them during free mode sessions either unless you're just goofing around. If someone in the crew asks you to stop killing them, and you continue to do so, then that is breaking this rule! Hate speech is also considered an infringement of this rule. SES is very against hacking or cheating in the game. Wall glitching, money glitching, or any hacking like this whatsoever will be very frowned upon in the crew and likely be considered an infringement of the rules. Cosmetic glitches are OK. But anything that would give you an advantage over any other players in the game is defined by SES as glitching and won't be tolerated. Last but not least, if you aren't having fun then take a break. Take time off. Our main goal is to not be a crew that takes the fun away from GTA. I've been in them before, I've led them before. This is supposed to be an alternative, and if that goal isn't being reached then first of all let me know so I can fix it, and second take a break from it all. Don't get stressed over a video game. Roles in SES Executives We have six executive positions. Because our cover is a business organization we have business rankings. The Chief Executive Officer is the leader of the crew, and right next to him is the Executive Vice President. Then after that we have four more equal Exec positions. Director of Operations, Head of Security, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Transportation. Executives must be active and committed. You don't have to play 24/7 to be an executive, but you have to be as active as most other crews would expect all their members to be, and you must attend the crew meetings unless you can't because of real life reasons. Chief Executive Officer: The CEO is the leader of the organization. They are the figurehead of the entire crew, and are expected to represent them in an appropriate manner. They assign all positions and roles within the crew. They also judge instances that aren't covered in the rules or bylaws via their own discretion. Executive Vice President: The VP leads the organization in the absence of the CEO. They have nearly as much control over the organization as the CEO, and responsibility. Maintains structure in the organization. Officially schedules and confirms company meetings. Represents the organization among other crews and clubs. Head of Security: Maintains order in the organization. The Head of Security acts as the primary enforcer for the entire industry. They must demonstrate proficiency in firearms and combat. Their most important objective is to provide protection for the organization at all times. Director of Operations: Oversees that things are being run accordingly in the organization. Advises and helps the VP schedule meetings, and keeps track of important details from those meetings. Serves as primary adviser to the CEO and VP. Chief Financial Officer:The CFO acts as the head of all revenue in the organization. Their main goal is to help generate user funds for all members (Organizing jobs and playlists). They should also be able to help fund members in need, and be able to collect owed debts from members or outside users or crews. Head of Transportation:The Head of Transportation's goals involve anything regarding the automobile world. They should know the ins and outs of all vehicles. Their job includes but isn't limited to helping members find any vehicle they may desire, finding the right vehicles for the right jobs, and providing transportation whenever needed. Other Roles Regional Managers: Managers are the middle ground between Executives and other members of the crew. While they don't need the dedication required to be an Exec, they are required to have SES as their primary crew, and to still be somewhat active by attending all crew meetings (Unless prevented by real life reasons). Associates:Last but not least we have the heart of the entire organization. The Associates is anyone else left in the crew. They can still be full members of the organization, and participate in all events. However being an Associate does not require any commitment to the crew. You can come and go as you please. You aren't required to attend every crew meeting, although doing so will give you higher ground among the rest. Facebook It is mandatory for all Execs and Regional Managers to be on Facebook, and highly encouraged and recommended for Associates. This makes communications and organization much easier, as opposed to using social club for everything we need. We have a private group set up there where we can make posts and create polls for voting situations. If you don't have a Facebook or don't feel comfortable using your own personal Facebook for your in game crew, then make a new profile. Your status in the crew depends heavily and communicative you are with the rest of the organization on Facebook. We will organize everything here; that includes heists, meetings, votes, promotions. Everything, so it is imperative that you get on and join. You can join our Facebook Group Here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/460939434057715/ Frequently Asked Questions Do I have to go through a probation period? No. Once you're in, you're in. Though the more likely you are to become a bigger part of the crew depends on how active you are within the crew and Facebook. How long till I get promoted? Again, it all depends on how active you are in the crew and on Facebook communicating with us. We have six Executive positions, but these can very likely be changed at anytime. As far as Regional Manager positions go we have no set limit on these. Which means anyone can be named a Regional Manager in the club based on the work they are putting forth. Can I get demoted? What about kicked? Yes. It is possible for you to be demoted in the club if you are higher than an Associate position. While these positions are awarded based on a certain level of commitment within the club, they can be taken away if that commitment is no longer being shown. Being an Associate is completely fine though, it offers a lot more freedom with your personal schedule. Kicking is something we do very rarely in SES, but it can be done. The most common way would be if you break the rules. We practice a three strike system, the one explained above. The only other way for you to be kicked is if you are completely off the face of the earth. You joined one day, and then never paid any attention to the club again. Otherwise as long as you're in and occasionally online, you should be okay as far as activity goes. Can I wear anything? Yes! SES is a crew that encourages you to be whoever or whatever you want. Want to be a biker? Then this can be your motorcycle club. Want to wear beach shorts, socks with sandals, and a cat mask? Then do it! We encourage wearing suits during crew meetings and important events, and will obviously have a dress code for some certain situations (And Heists needless to say) but for all other situations: feel free to be free. What do I drive? What weapons can I use? Is there anything I can't do? Same exact situation as above. Whatever you want! We allow all weapons of course. We believe crews that limit what weapons you can use in the game restricts exactly what the game is about. If we restricted you to only use assault rifles, we'd feel we would owe you at least $5 to make up for that portion of the game we're taking away from you. As long as you aren't breaking the rules listed above then there is really nothing you're not allowed to do with us at SES Industries. What does SES stand for? The brilliant thing about SES is that it can stand for so many different things. Our primary abbreviation is Straight Edge Syndicate. Our secondary meaning is San Andreas Environmental Sanitation, which our roleplaying cover identity within the club that acts as a front for our crime organization. Any other meanings to what it stands for is up to your imagination. How Do I Join? 1. Go to: http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/crew/ses_industries 2. Request an invite. 3. Request an invite to our Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/460939434057715/) 4. Welcome to the SES! Make sure you read all the rules before joining. The Sullinator
Affiliations with other Crews, Clubs, and Organizations While a main focus of SES Industries is Heists, Missions, and Team Deathmatches, another goal of SES is to roleplay. This often involves aligning ourselves with other crews in one way or another, or potentially having feuds or rivalries with other crews. SES is very open to assisting other crews with their needs. We can offer protection, support, security, and any other needs. We can offer extra support in wars, and perform external hits/assassinations when necessary. Coming from leaders of a former GTA Motorcycle Club, we are very experienced and well trained with the MC world. We know the ropes, and are very good at assisting your club's needs. Having an alliance within your club that is on the outside of the motorcycle world can be very beneficial. However, we do have a Conflict of Interest Policy within our club. If we are aligned with two clubs that end up fighting each other, we will do one of two things. One, choose the crew that came to us first. Or more than likely option two, we will stay out of this beef entirely and help you on the next one. We do your dirty work for you! That is why we're in sanitation after all!
