Question Regarding Heist Challenges

I've been off for a while so I'm not entirely in the "loop" of what's been revealed at the moment which is why I made this thread to find answers.

 

My questions being:

 

- Will there be an additional payout / challenge to complete a heist in first person, free aim or both combined?

 

I've seen mentions of doing them with the same people, hard difficulty, not dying, not taking any damage but will there be anything regarding first person and free aim?
