4th Apartment or Mansion with Heist update?

With all the new heist vehicles now confirmed in freemode, im going to struggle to find carpark space even with my 30 bays. Has anyone picked up any info on additional appartments in all the latest heist hype? Guess im forced to burn money selling a few of my fully upgraded rides...

I am just reading about the heists, etc. and haven't seen anything about that.

 

It would be good to be able to purchase a mansion, but I don't think that is going to happen any time soon.

 

With the apartments (high end) there is actually only one that has an interior, the others share this and are actually empty!

 

If you look at the different mansions, they are laid out differently, some have 1 or 2 or more floors some have more rooms/etc.

 

It would look wrong if they used the same interior for each mansion, for the reason above...

Most players probably drive the same car normally, or maybe have a 2nd one for doing missions (4 door)?

 

There are nearly 140 vehicles you can steal/buy and store, so until we can have 14 x 10 car garages there will probably be someone asking for another one!

I have the house on Hangman Ave. with 6 cars (Well... 4 cars and 2 bikes), the Del Perro place with 10 cars and a 2 car garage for crew cars. If I get a fourth place, it's probably gonna be another 2 car garage some place up north. I like to keep it like this. It's more realistic like that. It'd be noobish to have all high end.

I think someone here pointed out that there was a 7 month gap between GTAO's release, then 2nd garages (High Life update or somewhere), and that person then predicted we'd get a 3rd after 7 months from that, and we did (xmas I think it was - I sold my xbox 360 around flight school), so maybe in about 4-5 months time from now we may get a 4th.

It never ends, does it? As soon as Rockstar finally breaks and adds an option to buy yet ANOTHER apartment, not even a day later people will be begging for another one. I can't see how someone could use 40 different cars.

 

Maybe we should just ask Rockstar to let us buy a parking lot or a warehouse...

I need a place to store my golden Dubsta bonds. With two avatars I have 24 of them. So I feel with the OP. But the new vehicles are only one new motorcycle, the armored Akuma, the Karin Rebel Technical and MAYBE the Duke of Death. Some may be Pegasus vehicles. I do not care about motorcycles, so I have to sell only two Dubsta's.

 

For a heists prep mision you need to steal a load of cars. I guess the game provides you with a barn in Grapeseed during the mission.

I know, I'm talking about the possibility of a 4th slot. You're happy with the game as it is now, but if they offer a 4th slot, that won't change the game in any way for you. You don't have to buy a 4th property if you don't want to. Nothing needs to change.

 

Personally, I'd rather they cap PV's separately from properties. For example, you could own 5 properties, but you're only allowed 35 PV's. That way players would be more free to own smaller properties or homes with less garage space, since they can't own 50 cars anyway.

I dont see why people cant reasonably think that people with up to 30 cars drive them all, or most. I have 26 car slots (integrity, alta, procopio) i drive 22 of them on a regular basis, often switching cars multiple times in a session.

 

the only ones that dont get driven often are the roosevelt, hearse and the few i have yet to insure.

 

Just cuz you cant regularly rotate and use 25+ cars doesnt mean others cant/dont

If you spend a little extra $ and buy a 10 car garage first and fill it with random cars before you buy a 2 or 6 car property for that slot, you can have 30 vehicles spread between different sized properties. I have the RM high life apartment, the Weazel original high end and the house in the vinewood hills with the 6 car garage interior. I currently have 29 vehicles and one empty slot in the vinewood hills house garage. Edited March 7, 2015 by blk95ta

1- we like cars.

2- we like to collect cars.
