You should refer to my thread in the Recruitment section. You will find a few keen players who are willing to do some work. It's called "Heist Crew Topic" or something along those lines...

Someone who doesn't really need it, ex me. That's why I'm heist leader for my squad and they're getting most, if not all of the cut. Because I love them.
