The Besra costs $1,150,000 so a plane that can hover will cost more even if it will be a version of the hydra that won't have weapons. I believe the price tag for this kind of version will be somewhere between $1.5M-$2M. I don't believe an armed version will be available for purchase in free roam.

That's not a weakness in fact I would call that a strength compared to the lazer. The pilot would have to be an idiot to hover within ground level lock on range.

We don't know (we can speculate) why R* didn't made it possible to purchase a Lazer, or something similar with weapons, but I believe that the same reason that made them decide not to give the masses an easy access to a Lazer via buying & ordering it whenever they wanna made R* to decide not to give the masses an easy access to an armed Hydra.

 

Time will tell.

Lol nothing, has changed, just clearly was bugged a few months ago when we were supposed to get it. Bet you unlock everything once youve sourced it in it's particular heist.

the hydra will be priced at 2.3 million.

and a lot of useless topic about heists will be created in the following days.

also rockstar will announce a new photo contest afther heists have been released

Rockstars not in the buisness if adding vehicles to gta online without a real hard expensive cash value. Thats their buisness model and goal for this game. There will never be anything added to this game without a pricetage.
