Looking to form heist crew [XBOX ONE]

I'm looking to put together a little heist crew to take on the heists with. No serious requirements other than you must have a mic, must be mature, and preferably be in the Eastern time zone. I'd like to take heists pretty seriously so serious players would be a plus. If you want to do some grinding sessions to prepare message me. My GT is Th3Stig911
