Your % cut?

What will you have your percentage of the take be? for me, feel i can do anything the top paid hire guns,driver and hacker can do and the highest for it is 15% from Paige Harris. I'm setting mine at 20% , if the host doesn't comply then i'll f*ck off.

 

 

Also this is for joining random heist jobs, granted the host leader has a mic

The mechanics of it are unknown, right? We don't know if we can state our cut or if it's up to the Heist leader; we don't even know what it's a percentage OF. 17% could be 50k for an hour's work.

Just to be fair, I think pay should be divided up equally.

I'll be an asset to anyone's heist, so I would expect fair pay, whether I need the money or not.

Since it's only about $100k for a 25% cut (at least for the Humane Labs heist, anyway), I'll probably just give myself a large enough cut to cover the investment cost (so about 15%), and then equally distribute the rest to the other three crew members. I don't really need the money, and if the Humane Labs heist took three guys and a developer about three hours to complete, then I could more easily profit from doing contact missions and just play heists for the gameplay and unlockables.

My guess is that the percentage jumps with 5%, so starting at 0 and ending at 55% since the max take of the host is 55%.

 

In that case, I expect to see a lot of sessions where hosts will take the maximum amount of 55% and then evenly distribute every other member with 15% (if they are not friends.) Otherwise they will probably give their friend extra costing randoms money, but yeah we'll see how many people will accept getting too low amounts of money.

 

Since the "fair lowest amount" would be 15% assuring the host with maximum take, anything lower I will probably not accept. Luckily there is an achievement for sharing the cut evenly (so everyone 25%!)

As heist leader, you get to invite three of your friends to join the crew, but need to pay for the operation up-front (circa $60k ish). Don't worry – you get the chance to recoup big money later on, and can assign % cuts to team members before the final mission. It's possible to cut yourself up to 55% of the haul and, cruelly, give under-performing crew members a cheerful 0%. However, they earn cash for each prep mission (circa $12k), with bonuses for good performance, kills etc.

This article says that the heist leader alone sets the cuts, and it's possible to give a cut of 0%.

 

As for the final cash, for 5 set up missions plus the hiest it works out at 237k net for the leader and 181k net for each crew member.
