Unmarked Cruisers and the Xbox One Edition

Why is it that the Vapid Stanier unmarked cruiser does not spawn near the train station in the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game but does in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions?

 

I still have not patched the game since I have not been able to get internet access for my Xbox One yet, but will be patching on either Friday or Saturday. I've read the patch notes on Rockstar's website, but there isn't much to be noted on that page.

 

I've searched YouTube and Google, and assume now that the only way to get an unmarked cruiser is to do Franklin's weed delivery missions. Is this really the only way? Seems like it is because I have almost finished the game (I've done the last heist and everything, there's just a couple more things according to the walkthroughs) and have yet to encounter any more unmarked cruisers other than in Franklin's weed delivery missions.

 

UPDATE/EDIT: Isn't the only way to get an umarked cruiser for Michael/Trevor is to steal one as Franklin during a weed delivery mission, then drive both Franklin and Michael.Trevor to a location very near each other, jack the cruiser from Franklin as Michael/Trevor, then store it in a garage? Or is there some set spawn location where it spawns at a certain time?

Hang on, is

a fake? It says it's on PlayStation 4, but all I've heard so far is that the unmarked Stanier cruiser only spawns in Strawberry at the train station in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. This is getting confusing. Some information on this forum board says that it does only spawn in Strawberry in the 360 and PS3 versions, some information on the GTA wiki says:

 

"2-4 officers patrol the train station at night from 22:00 - 4:00. (PS3/XB360)."

"Can rarely be seen pursuing NPC cars near LSPD Auto Impound."

 

I'm sure the video linked to above is a fake, or at least it is according to the GTA wiki. On IGN's page for the unmarked cruiser in Grand Theft Auto V, it states:

 

"The Unmarked Cruiser is an extremely rare spawn in Story Mode and can be found in Strawberry at night at the U-shaped Los Santos Transit bus terminal, under the Olympic Freeway ... it tends to spawn between 21:00 and midnight."

 

What am I supposed to believe? The wiki, the video, members here, or IGN?

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure the first location shown in the video is the place both IGN and the wiki are referring to - it's a bus terminal in Strawberry with stairs to a station on Olympic Freeway.

You're correct. But on the GTA wiki it states that it only spawns there in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game, correct?

The Wiki isn't known for being that fussy with how accurate their information is - you can say a similar thing for IGN.

 

I'd say the video is the most trustworthy, since it directly shows it happening.

True. It just seemed sketchy because the wiki and IGN condradicted what it showed. I'll see if it works on Xbox One.

 

EDIT: Verified. It does work when tryng to get an LSPD Buffalo. I'll see if I can get an unmarked cruiser to spawn too.

 

EDIT 2: f*ckin' 'a'. It does spawn there. Solved.
