We are a solid outfit of various players who play with a cycle of different players throughout the day. We are a role-oriented crew meaning we demand realistic, style-driven play. If you must drive full-speed everywhere you go and simply park your car "wherever it lands" this is not the crew for you. If you want to fire flares and rockets and discharge a weapon constantly when riding as a passenger, you will not last long in these auditions. If you want to wing it by the seat of your paints and get your rambo on, this won't work for you. If you can't follow someone during a getaway without crashing into the back of their vehicle, you won't last here. If you can't handle being given directions during a heist, you'll hate it here. Style is priroity #1; not skill. We are hiring because we have lost many quality members to work and family lives and other natures of inactivity as well as being splintered with PS4. The active members are PS3-focused at this time. We are now actively seeking to hire new members for the first time since 2013.

 

If you are looking for structure in your heists, with style-driven play focusing on realistic, smooth actions with a cinematic emphasis, we are your guys. Our goal is NOT to get the most kills or finish the job as quickly as possible. Our goal is to play with style with a focus on role-appropriate behavior. During heists, all players will follow the leader's directions. We change leaders often and are happy to follow your commands when you are the leader. We don't goof around for fun or wreck into each other's car because it's "funny." We are a crew who values style over skill. However the active crew members are actually very good as well since they play every day and have lots of practice.

 

There are currently no requirements for applicants apart from play style. We are accepting all levels. Mics are preferred but not required. However, please be advised these ARE auditions: If your play style does not suit us, we will politely decline your company. This isn't about ego, this is about finding like-minded players whose play caters to a very specific style. We may not suit you, either. So feel free to try it out and see how you feel. We will understand if this style isn't for you. This typically requires a lot more patience than most people prefer. We aren't always driving/moving full speed. We sometimes sacrifice some action for realism (i.e. occasionally riding shotgun instead of driving separate every time). There might be a spontaneous meetup on the side of the road to drink pisswasser. This isn't about action/skill. This is about style. We absolutely demand that the team stick together where appropriate and follow the structure and commands set forth by the leader. These are considered role-appropriate requirements. We move as a unit and take pride in playing what we view as "correct."
