imponte dukes and third property

Hey I beat gta5 on xbox360 but never played online until I got my ps4. I started playing since I am not a returning player I cannot buy the imponte dukes and when I tried to save one that spawned It wouldnt let me save it in my garage and said it was too hot to modify. Any work arounds for this?

If the glitch still works you can duplicate it off of somebody. Look on YouTube for a tutorial.

If you can't buy it you can't store it. It will say downloadable content missing.
