How many graphics options do you think GTA V will have?

I use Far Cry 4 graphic option to create this thread:

Graphics Quality

 

Motion Blur: <On/Off>

Texture: <Low/Medium/High/Very High/Ultra>

Shadows: <Low/Medium/High/Very High/Ultra/Soft Shadows>

Post FX: <Low/Medium/High/Ultra>

Geometry: <Low/High/Very High/Ultra>

Vegetation: <Low/High/Ultra>

Terrain: <Low/Medium/High/Ultra>

Water: <Low/Medium/High/Very High/Ultra>

Environment: <Low/High/Ultra>

Ambient Occlusion: <Off/SSAO/SSBC/HBAO+>

Anti-Aliasing: <Off/SMAA/MSAA2/MSAA4/MSAA8>

Godrays: <Off/On>

Fur: <Off/On/Simulated>

Trees relief: <On/Off>

 

Advanced Setting

Triple buffering: <On/Off>

V-Sync Mode: <Normal/Sparse>

Field Of View Scaling--------------

 

*Motion Blur:Enable or disable the blur effect or rapidly moving objects.

*Textures:Adjust the graphical detail of the overall textures.

*Shadow:Adjust the graphical details of the shadow.

*Post FX:Adjust the graphical details of the overall post FX.

*Geometry:Adjust the graphical complexity of the world geometry.

*Vegetation:Adjust the graphical details of the vegetation.

*Terrain:Adjust the graphical details of the terrain.

*Water:Adjust the graphical details of the water.

*Environment:Adjust the graphical details of the environment.

*Ambient Occlussion:Set the Ambient Occlussion Method.

*Anti-Aliasing:Adjust sub-sampling level to improve image quality.

*Godrays:Set the quality of Godrays.

*Fur:Set the quality of Fur

*Tree relief:Set the quality of the tree relief.

 

 

 

 

Remove fur and tree relief from there and perhaps you're spot on, but it's just speculation.

 

Remove environment too, it's not necessary when you got geometry, whatever that's supposed to mean, vegetation, shadows and water-

say you have a cobblestone road, instead of looking flat, it will be bumpy like a real cobblestone road

Tessellation is something that this game does not have.

Tessellation is something that this game does not have.

 

dont be so sure. On PS4 there is some crude tessellation on certain stone walls, and it wouldnt surprise me if they had some sort of tesselation option seeing that max payne 3 did. I expect the settings to be a mix of max payne 3 and gta iv.

That's Parallax Occlusion Mapping IIRC, not tessellation. V uses POM a lot in current gen, notably on hedges, grass, and rocky ground.
