Curious to know how many players are planning to watch a walkthrough on YouTube before they will participate in heists in order to reduce the chances of being the one that will die & thus (maybe) will f*ck the heist & (maybe) will make the host lose his money. Let's assume for the sake of the discussion that the fall of one will be the fall of everyone.

Personally, I havn't decided yet. I prefer not knowing what will happen during a heist but I remember that doing some of the contact missions with other ppl without first watching a walkthrough was pure terrible & in some cases quite embarrassing.

...see, I don't have a mic, so to counter that, my teams will probably have to plan everything meticulously beforehand. So yeah - odds are that'll include seeing what GTASeriesVideos or whoever does with 'em first.

This is a huge issue for me. I don't use a mic & if heists will really require a tight cooperation I will need to watch a walkthrough. I don't want to watch a walkthrough but not as much as I don't want to use a mic...

i think this is a serious question as there is a lot of money and risk of loosing it involved.

usually i don't wanna get spoiled but on the other hand i don't wanna be the guilty one who ruined the whole thing maybe right before the end.

it would especially be a problem with randoms.

the head of the heist invests a lot of money and typically wants good people who know what they are doing for their heists.

B_KTQksWwAAI807.jpgHaha, you're using the same meme that I used on the "Sweat Jebus, I'm speculating" thread. I don't think it works here though... Edited by KifflomBroBro

no. I never needed to watch walkthroughs playing games as a kid without a computer of any kind and I dont need to now
what is the fun of playing a game if you just get everything given to you and there isnt a learning process of any kind?

When you play alone you have the privilege of dying 3 or 30 times before you learn how to overcome an obstacle/an enemy but in heists your failures will (maybe) affect other players.

The fact that there are people who have waited a year and a half for heists, yet are going to go straight to a walkthrough before playing truly makes me lose faith in the future of video games.

^ Yeah, but it's also a huge waste of other people's time it it all goes f*ck-up...

Besides, there's no way I'll be getting a group together for it within the first couple of days of it going live (work and other things getting in the way), so I might as well enjoy it all vicariously until I can get to play any of the missions myself. ;)

Hell no. Why ruin it for yourself? especially at the hands of some youtube idiot.

These guys will be so desperate to burn through them all quickly in order to get their videos out first. Sad nolifers.

I was just thinking this last night as I fired up Drive Club for the first time. The game's like: "HERE! HAVE SOME SUPER CARS RIGHT AWAY!!! HAVE SOME HYPER CARS TOO! AND A LOAD OF DECALS! AND SOME AWARDS! AND..."

I'd only been playing for an hour and had a bunch of amazing cars. While the "I want it ALL RIGHT NOW" kids might think this is great, I just felt like the game had become nearly pointless within the first hour of play. Where's the incentive to keep playing if you're given everything right away?

This is why we have so many kidiots zipping around in supers trolling, they get everything all at once and become bored just as fast. It's a sad new generation...
