Planes not appearing in hangers after delivery?

I've just bought two planes - one for Trevor and one for Franklin, but after getting the delivery email, neither of them are in the hangers.

I've drove around a few times and even swapped back and forth between characters, and they still don't show up?

 

Anyone experience this or know of a fix?

Mmm, I didn't actually go into the hangers. I just looked from the entrance. I've only ordered one plane for each hanger, so expected them to be there, physically.

 

Not sure what you mean by 'access the vehicle menu'. What vehicle menu?

When you go inside the hangar, you'll be prompted to choose a vehicle - similar to choosing a special vehicle in your garage. It should spawn there the first time you do that.

 

(This is if I'm remembering correctly, though).

Don't think they actually spawn physically, you'll have to walk up to the hanger and it'll give you an option to access it by pressing right on the d-pad I believe, from there it'll give you a list of vehicles you've purchased that you can spawn.

So, when you choose it, does it just fire up the animation of you taxi-ing out of the hanger, like it does with special cars in your garage?

 

That's a bit disappointing if that's the case. I like the idea of driving to my hanger and seeing my own plane sat there waiting.

All it does is spawn in the predetermined place - no animations or the like.

I checked the hangers today, for the first time since making the OP, and they're still not appearing. I've walked into both hangers (Trevor's and Franklin's) and I don't get the 'Press > to choose aircraft'.

 

I did get this option when I took Trevor to the free hanger in Blaine County, but not at the hangers I've bought.

 

Only one option, I suppose, submit a ticket.
