What GPU do you have? Intel HD Graphics or Intel G31/G41 based integrated GMA? This issue, even being disabled is known to persist on Intel based GPU's and it's the earliest error which I ever faced on this mod. Have you deleted Mss32Hooked.dll and gta-lc.asi from your game directory as well (reference: here)?

I have converted GTA LCS Hidden Package pickup from the Mobile version for LC Mod as well. Just something to kill off some time.

My version of the LCS Safehouse in GTA:LC. It's an unofficial mod ofcourse and not a part of the Release.

Anyone knows how to get limit adjuster working on Liberty City?
It either hangs on the loading screen or it crashes at the end of the Bridge.

Even tried other limit adjusters they dont seem to work.

In Update 3.4 he said that TAGS limit adjuster wont crash anymore.

Im using the latest version.

The radar is out of position and normal radar mods don't work anymore.

The issue is that IIRC the map has been offset by some values in the mod due to some map boundaries limitations. It's technically possible to offset radar as well with a simple CLEO scripts. But I don't know the offset values. Someone here should know

Hopefully this issue can be resolved. I remember radar mods working with beta 3.4 so wouldn't it be wise to use the offsets from that version?

\\EDIT: I had some free time and took Dimzet's Vice City styled radar and shifted it, works perfectly with LC mod.

I also replaced old LC/GTA3 cars and bikes with LCS/VCS ones taken from Ryadica's mods. It includes extra cars like Phobos, V8 Ghost etc. You can find them normaly on the street at the same places like in LCS. Bonus cars included too, but needed to spawn them manually. I also restored VC weapons with replacing them with some LCS counterparts, and made some pickups for them across the map. Everything works perfectly with Liberty Enchancements by HackMan128, SkyGfx, Limit Adjuster and some other bonus stuff. If anyone's interested just lemme know.

Many people see the GTA:LC files and think of all the cool ways they could mod GTA III in VC's engine. Hey, we all want to have fun, right? Well just like with GTA III and GTA:VC, anybody with GTA:LC installed can mod their game to their liking however they want.

I don't know if anyone has already done this but I couldn't find it on the internet so I tried to make an adaptation of GTA 3's Widescreen Fix Frontend Textures to GTA LC, it includes: LOADSC0.TXD, NEWS.TXD, PAGER.TXD, SPLASH1.TXD, SPLASH2.TXD and SPLASH3.TXD in HD and Widescreen. Here is the result of the LOADSC0.TXD: https://i.imgur.com/azTmUGC.png

I recompiled The Hero's Sharptrails to work with GTA:LC (and subsequently any timecyc that uses GTA III values).

 

UPDATE FEB 06: Now works properly with opcode 0374 blur values (fixes intro cutscenes and sniper scope)

Also removed the fade transition between blur types (now properly mimics III)

"ASI Loader

OK"

 

I tried everything but I couldn't get it work. Btw you forgot to include neo folder for skygfx. I added it manually.

yeah, I accidentally uploaded a version that uses the visual studio debug dlls, my bad. I also forgot to remove my skygfx luma correction 😅 try downloading it again, I've updated the link.
