Can still hear people with chat disabled

Not a terrible problem but I keep getting squeakers and annoying bitches.

 

Anyone know how to remedy this?

This is a common glitch, Switching Sessions/Restarting the game usually fixes this issue also reestablish your selection by changing it to Everyone then close the menu and force a save and then reopen it and re-select no-one and force a save.

 

Also the voices you hear in the cloud can't be muted even if you have it set to no-one.

Also, in the pause menu go to Settings > Audio > Voice Through Speakers > ON/OFF and choose OFF. You won't be able to hear anyone unless you plug in a mic.
