Try and match the times right OK? You can tell the comparison in the OP isn't the same time just by looking at the shadows, they are like 12 hours apart, that's why those palms look lit from the front on the PC screen where as they are not on PS4, because the sun is on the opposite side! Detail wise Grass textures look better and Detail Distance is better, but apart from that, that shot is almost identical, even the foliage count is the same, just the PS4 shot is taken from a few steps back, so that gap on the right hand side seems to make it look like it's missing trees where as if you look at the PC shot, they both start in the same place.

I'll try to do some comparisons but first I have to figure out the exact locations of those screens. I've already found the one of this snap, that leaves getting the weather and time of day right - plus the rest of the screenshots, of course.

Is there a zoom function on Snapmatic?

Maybe using the Panorama function of Photoshop + some zooming in and dozens of pictures...

I think it would be possible to create some fake increased resolution, greater than 1080p, IDK...

You guys probably won't understand, it's a crazy idea, but I think it could work, not sure.

Yeah thanks, it's all about getting the weather, time of day and exact standing location right otherwise why bother. Even then there's so many variables I reckon we will have to wait until it's released to compare the loading screens to get a real feel of the difference.

The snaps appear to be a lot darker on my PC monitor than they are on my TV. Probably a result of the in-game brightness, the different devices, and the fact that the weather isn't exactly the same. I'll try it again as soon as possible.

Well yeah. It's the same LOD. It looks worse on PC since it's a higher resolution.

If you look closely at the PS4 one.. IAA logo is not visible.

It is visible, just a little bit fading...

Lighting at the Mile High Club construction is improved...

Three light sources instead of only one.

Wiring and energy towers kinda fading on PS4.

Not 100% loaded. Draw Distance fault again.

If you check the Golf Club Screen Comparison, the LOD's and Draw Distance is actually better on PC, even though may appear weird on other screenshots for an Unknown reason.

LOD on PC is beautiful... it just looks f*cked up at 4K...

In my opinion this Light Blur Fog they have put on the NG Version *Is it also on LG?* is ugly AF, make things look blurry...

i'm about that gold fog around the city it looks like Vegas imo
i'm so pissed if they remove this effect

and yeah lg doesnt have this effect
