Until R* say otherwise, I'll say they will use the same limits. Especially with "pc gamers are more mature than console players" or "consolers are 12 year old cod adhd kids" thing. I don't know if it's true, but if it is, then I don't see the problem with more sticky bombs. A modest 2x increase is already enough. Of course on Xbox/PS You can't slap down 100 stickies and go to down on the unfortunate woman of ill repute that you're deciding to blow sky-high.
