Anyone else get this text? Must be modders, I get that text and can't die, just stay incapacitated on the ground and need to restart. Douches...

No it's the invalid ghost glitch. You just send a message to someone then leave the lobby/get disconnected. It happens all the time by accident.

 

If makes you invisible and not on the map. You can still die and you stay dead forever when you do. (have to restart GTA) playing GTA in ghost mode is imho the greatest experience you will ever have, I've never felt so immersed in this game or any game in my life. You can't use the map you don't know when people are coming or going, it's AMAZING. It's how GTA should have always been (without the invisible bit).

 

PS. sorry to the guy sitting in the buzzard in the countryside who I shot in the face with a pistol and stole your buzzard (I needed transport and choppers don't spawn when you are ghosting)

 

You can also get into the locked single player buildings (some of them).

You get that as a text message? Or does it pop up on your screen? What's the bad thing about not being able to die for 1 session?

Its not a modder. Its caused by sending somebody an in-game text message and immediately leaving to singleplayer. The message comes up at **INVALID** and you get sent into a glitch state between single player and online. You can enter singe player buildings while playing with people online. If you die you need to restart the game.

Do lazers spawn in ghost mode. Hell if someone gets their friends to spawn it for them, it would be the epitome of trolling via a wormhole in the space time continuum.

Nothing seems to spawn but you can certainly take one if someone else gets it for you and yes, epic destruction would follow. Although trying killing another ghost in your ghost lazer... lol. it goes both ways. I was ghosted in passive mode and a had a normal player in my passenger seat, some guy in a lazer was hunting him.... Massive destruction happened (but not to me lol)

oh btw in ghost mode you can drive in your garage (you cant enter garage/leave garage)

i have been in this "space" of time between sp and gtao in the past while doing a glitch that allowed one to enter all buildings with interiors, my question is...

 

with this variant of the glitch does the map show?

 

can you see other players in the map?

 

can you use the phone or snapmatic?

you see map like online without annoying blue icons,

you cant see players (on map*) players cant see you (not even on session list)

you cant open browser as far as i know, not sure about snaps

 

btw when you kill someone its says like he died from cop no your name
