Need a couple of reliable peeps for Heists XBONE

Hey all, simply looking for a few more reliable people to play missions/heists with.
My character is lev 170. I work wednesday - sunday until 9pm AST. I usually stay up late so I play until 2am-ish. Able to game for 2-3 hours a day, 5+hrs on my days off. I like to get sh*t done instead of wasting time, hoping to find a couple more peeps who can game out during the same time I do.

 

I've got a couple of solid friends who are also very efficient, so if we work well together we could team up for heists. No squeakers please.
