Currently struggling to host, despite having 49mb download speed and 9.5mb upload speed; everyone on my friends list in GTA Online is apparently offline despite having 44 friends online. I will be trying to fix this ASAP, I am adamant to have a roleplay session tonight.

Hey, thanks for signing up, however, everyone starts with 20k with some viable leeway for increased funds, for a thorough reason, ofcourse. Also, we're banning Super Cars as people with Super Cars just tend to flee from Police too easily, and it's unrealistic. The only Super Cars you can use are the Banshee and Sultan RS.
