Ernesto's life really began when his parents brought him to Blaine County when they immigrated from Sinaloa, Mexico at the early age of 5. Basically refugees from the cartel wars, they came to San Andreas for a better and safer life. He learned English quickly in school, making few friends throughout because of his shyness. The staff at his school commended his parents on bringing up a brilliant student with great potential.

 

It was the last day of Junior Year when he was called out of his class into the office. The Secretary had received a call from the San Andreas Sheriff's Department. There had been an accident on the GOH involving an 18-wheeler and 3 vehicles. His parent's car was among them. The semi's tire blew out, causing the tread to rip off into the nearest car, Ernesto's parents. Father was beheaded, and mother died upon impact with a center divide. 2 vehicles collided into the wreckage.

 

Now technically orphaned, he was placed into state custody until he turned 18. Though distraught from the death of family, he was determined to not let their sacrifice be in vain. He was now motivated, more than ever, to better himself through knowledge. The College Proficiency Exam application was simple enough. Before he knew it, High School was finished with straight A's, and a full scholarship at U.L.S.A awaited.

 

For some reason, karma decided to take a dump on him. After passing the exam, he was moved to a group home in Grapevine, along with some very unsavory characters, whom he would have a single altercation with. He was placed under investigation shortly after the teen he had a tussle with was found, strangled, along the shore of the Alamo Sea, near the home.

 

He was tried as an adult, convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. 4 years passed, and prison life taught him much. But his sentence was cut short when 2 key witnesses withdrew their testimonies. Now he was out, after having expected to never see freedom again. With no family, he could only think of one person to call.

 

His elementary friend, Victory, offered him her couch at her loft in Los Santos while he got on his feet, and helped him get a job with her step-dad at his liquor store.

 

But the mental trauma began to take its toll on his sanity, as made obvious when Victory's abusive boyfriend went missing the morning after she got home, bruised everywhere. She immediately knew it was him, but decided to let it go. Why she did has perplexed Francisco since.

I simply cannot allow members to continuously drive around the map, non-stop, just enticing Police to chase them. There's a lack of roleplay going on, and it just seems as though everyone is stuck in this "Cops and Robbers" mind-set. A handful of people have been temporarily suspended from upcoming roleplays in order to increase the standard back to our average roleplaying sessions.
