No or only one other person in a lobby....PS4

Since last night, I can only get into a lobby with only one other person or by myself! I've swapped charactrs to see if that was the problem. My connection is fine. Tried to connect to a lobby with crew, but to no avail. What the heck?

As expected, servers and matchmaking in this game are beyond terrible.. even more so on current-gen; only suggestion I have is to restart your modem/router and try again or if you have an Ethernet cable then try using that... otherwise if you were just fine before last night joining lobbies with more than 1 person; then you can try again some other time and see if it's better.

I'm wired on the router and it's good. I rebooted the ps4 and restarted the game. So far so good. Just went in to solo after playing in public for a bit. I'll see what happens when I go back public.
