Why aren't there any old people?

Idk about you guys but i haven't seen ONE old person, i usually saw them in IV or san andreas. why can't i run over a grandma? WHHYYYYYY

The city is mostly segregated so that certain types of people live in certain areas. The elderly all live around Del Perro & Pacific Bluffs. They call you things like "Sonny" and complain about youngsters.

You just need to find them. Once while in Sandy Shores following a mission, while I hear similar from prostitutes after backing out of RR a lot, and one time I heard it from an NPC chick in LS, there was an older, ugly lady that said my car "makes [her] moist." Then you also have the Altruist camp, which is almost exclusively older people.
