I need a heist crew PS3

Im looking for a heist crew to play with.. Im lvl 560 at PS3 i play everyday so i would be good for the team. Its sad im that good but i have like no one to play with.. (Maybe someone) but they rarely dont play everyday. Like people at lvl 30 has full crews ready and sh*t but i got nothing LOL cuz you have to be 4 ppl

 

We need good connection.. I try to get my "crew" to join my chat play mission answer my message. But when i inv they are busy or they dont join chat etc... Thats the problem and sometimes only 1 is online...
