It will be heavy volumetraining week, this day on chest. Im thinking 90kg for 8-10reps on incline bench, depending of how burned out i am from the week before. I will eat alot before working on back workouts the next day. No idea on how much I will be Deadlifting, but it will be exhausting! Then i will relax with some fresh Hiest.

-Grind the same old boring contact missions

-Buy some news clothes and maybe a car if I'm felling particularly grindy.
