I don't know a price difference for purchasing the pants and shirt separate compared to purchasing the outfit. In the code there are some pieces that have costs of $0 because they are in the outfits.

Only payments for heist is to set it up (FIB fee or something) in story mode youd have to steal the jets and take clothing or receive clothing so i think itd be similar for onlines heist imo
